Returns and refunds policy

Customers can return items they ordered on Challenge tires website (challengetires.com) within 14 days of receipt of delivery. Please be aware that the eventual reimbursement only covers the item's value and does not include any additional costs.


In order to return items for incorrect purchase or unwanted item they must:


-Not bear any sign of use


-Be placed in their original packaging with all the content that was included


Tires are not eligible for a return if they were already glued on the wheel (tubulars) or mounted with sealant (tubeless ready).


Return method:


1- Contact info@challengetires.com and provide the following details:


-An explanation of the issue.


-A photo or video of the item showing proof of the issue and also providing tire details (model, construction and size).


-Technical info including rim details (brand, type, year, sizes), sealant (if used) and pressure.


-Proof of purchasing through the challengetires.com website


2- We will send you a confirmation email of your request.


3- If your request fulfills the above criteria within 14 days you will receive a return authorization email.


4- Package the item carefully to ensure the content will not be damaged during shipment.


5- When preparing the parcel the customer will have two possibilities:

Require item pick-up through Challenge Tire’s courier (DHL) by sending an email to info@challengetires.com
or sales@challengetires.com


Please note: Depending on the issue, the shipping cost could be either paid by the customer or directly by Challenge Tires. In the first case, the amount will be deducted from the refund amount.
