What Makes a Great Cyclocross Tire?

Unlike gravel tires where you can simply increase tire volume for more grip, cyclocross rules (especially under UCI regulations) generally limit tire width to 33mm. To find traction when you can't rely on extra width, you have to look closely at two main variables: Tread Spectrum and Casing Suppleness.
