Vulcanized Nylon tire casings are the industry standard. Easy to produce and offering excellent durability and high performance at a moderate cost, they are the most common variety of tire available.

COMPOUND: SMART-V

A specially formulated version of our SMART compound that is adapted to the different construction of vulcanized tires

PUNCTURE PROTECTION: PPS

Our Puncture Protection System (PPS) is a tough, tightly-woven fabric placed between the tread and casing to increase puncture resistance.

Are Challenge Tires Difficult to Install?
